We charge per household member, not by the weight of the laundry. Each household member receives a dedicated bag in which we pickup weekly from the home or office. Yes. We don’t claim to be the Door Dash, Grub Hub, Post Mates, Uber Eats, Lyft, or even Uber of the laundry industry. That is simply not how we roll or rinse (terrible joke). We actually have licensees in our markets that are local entrepreneurs that leverage our brand to bring you a quality pickup and delivery service within our brand standards. All of our licensees undergo a background check. They are responsible for them coordinating and hiring people in their market.
